Baseball :: essays research papers

Baseball      primal Michigan University baseball is unmatched of the finest in the stateof Michigan. Baseball players at C.M.U. are dedicated to being the best on andoff the field. I had the privilege of working baseball for my first PES 283rotation, and I sound off I will never forget it for the rest of my life. CoachKriener demands the ath permites to be the best students- jocks that they can be.I entrust this is one reason no senior has graduated in twenty years withoutwinning a ring. He teaches them to be winners he will non accept anything savethe best.     I believe that the best way to avoid injuries is to be in shape and usecommon sense. There are many factors that could progress to smirch on a baseballdiamond. The best way to rile our job as trainers easier is to prevent theseinjuries. The best way to prevent injury is to make certain(a) that all the equipmentis put on the side and not on the middle of the field, where someo ne going for afoul does not trip over a baseball or a helmet. I do not think athletes reallythink in such terms until someone actually gets hurt.One thing that I of all time kept my eye on when I was working was to makesure the catchers were wearing their face mask when they were warming thepitchers in the bullpen. At first, the athletes archetype I was telling them toput their mask on as an significant figure however, after I explained to themit was for their own good, and I was only flavour out for their safety, theyrealized why I was doing it. I believe one way to get the respect of theathletes and coaches on a team is to let them see you care nigh them, and youas the trainer care about them winning.Warming and cooling quite a little before and after practice is some other good wayto prevent injury. Warming up by cart track and then stretching will help preventinjury. Light continue gets the blood supply flowing and will enhance thestretch. I believe it also gets the ath lete ready to perform. Stretching willalso rear flexibility, a big factor with being "in shape." The cool downperiod is also important in making sure the athlete stays in shape aerobically.This will maximize the practice. I eer made sure the athletes did all theirrunning before they received their ice.     I found out the N.C.A.A. really did not impose a stria of safety factorsfor baseball.
