I had the privilege of working baseball for my first PES 283rotation, and I sound off I will never forget it for the rest of my life. I do not think athletes reallythink in such terms until someone actually gets hurt.One thing that I of all time kept my eye on when I was working was to makesure the catchers were wearing their face mask when they were warming thepitchers in the bullpen. At first, the athletes archetype I was telling them toput their mask on as an significant figure however, after I explained to themit was for their own good, and I was only flavour out for their safety, theyrealized why I was doing it. I believe one way to get the respect of theathletes and coaches on a team is to let them see you care nigh them, and youas the trainer care about them winning.Warming and cooling quite a little before and after practice is some other good wayto prevent injury.
